Research your assignment before the agenda
Everyone has the study guide. Only you have your country: what it wants, what it has said in public, and what it will walk away from.
Write sixty to ninety seconds
Who you are, what you want, what you’re offering. Expect to give it early, while the blocs are still forming.
Come ready to be edited
People who disagree with you will rewrite whatever you draft first. Plan for it.
